Mega Sports - Sports Sampler Class

Finally! A class designed to benefit ALL kids. 10 weeks, 10 different sports. Give your child the opportunity to find hidden talents and learn new skills while exploring the world of sports in a fun and entertaining manner. Each week, a new sport will be introduced to the group and students will learn some of the basic concepts involved with it. This is a great way to get them exercising while expanding their minds, developing social skills and most importantly, having fun! All equipment used will be safe and age appropriate. The sports included in the session are: Football, Basketball, Hockey, Tennis, Baseball/Softball, Track and Field, Tennis, Golf, Volleyball and Gymnastics.

Ultra Sports - Sports Sampler Class

Looking for more sports experiences for your child? Try Round 2 of our Sports Sampler Class. This time, the kids have 8 weeks and 8 sports. Your child will be exposed to a variety of sports that are less mainstream and will have the opportunity to try sports to which they might otherwise not be exposed. These classes feature instructors who are experts in these unique sports. All equipment used will be safe and age appropriate. The following sports are covered in Round two: Bowling, Lacrosse, Kickball, Rock Climbing, Sport Stacking, Archery and Martial Arts.

FunFit (Real Parent Participation!)

Do you want to have FUN too? FunFit Games is the most fun you and your little ones will have indoors! The class is comprised of a series of games and activities that gets kids and their parents moving together. You and your child will learn new skills, try different games…and love the quality time with each other. This class redefines “Parent Participation”!

Fitness Frenzy

Are your kids in need of a good workout that is all play? This class incorporates all the fun challenges our gym offers... Cardio challenges on the Sportwall, relay races around the gym and obstacles that will keep them jumping! This fast paced class will make them laugh as much as they sweat! Appropriate for ages 4 to 12 years (Groups will be divided based on skill, age and gender.)

Girl Power Hour

You have the "Girl Power" to get moving! It isn't what others say about you, it's about what you say and how you feel about yourself. Being active by playing a sport or exercising is a way for girls stay healthy and feel good about themselves. Participating in sports helps to lay the foundation for a healthier adult life. This hour each week will provide girls the perfect opportunity to build confidence, learn leadership skills and increase their self-esteem while making friends and getting some exercise!

SkipTastic

It’s Jump Rope Mania, with skills, drills and plenty of thrills! Whether you are a beginner, or an old-pro, SkipTastic is our new class that will teach your children the basics of jump roping, as well as tricks and routines. It is great exercise with single ropes, hula hoops, double dutch and so much more! Come see what it is all about!

OPEN GYM Times listed above are consistent each week, however additional times may be added and
can be found at www.JumpingJackSports.com.

OPEN GYM Rules - $10 per child, $8 for any siblings, $6 for 2yrs and younger. All members receive 50% off Open Gym fees. Adults are free. Drop-offs are allowed for 7yrs and older for up to 90 minutes. Both the XRKade and the Main Gym are open during all Open Gym hours unless otherwise noted.

Class Information

  • - Class Fees are $159, unless otherwise noted. Payment is due in full at time of registration. (If registering online, please call with credit card or send a check.)There is a one-time $35 lifetime membership fee to take a class at Jumping Jack Sports. The fee is per child with a family maximum of $99. Members also receive discounts on many of our services and receive priority registration for classes, camps and special events.
  • - All classes are 10 weeks and run from January 5th to March 13th. Each class consists of approximately 40 minutes on instruction and 15 minutes free play.
  • - You may register online at www.JumpingJackSports.com or call 703-858-9901.
  • - All ages listed are guidelines. If you feel your child is able to move to an older class, or if you prefer a younger class, we are happy to accommodate.
  • - Classes with multiple age ranges will be divided into groups based on skill level.
  • - Please call ahead if your child is going to miss a class. Make-ups are allowed, but we request that they are done so within a 2 week period of the class that is missed. You may attend any other class in the same age range or play during any open gym.
  • - There is a 20% discount for all siblings.
  • - Refunds are issued at 50% of the remaining prorated amount. Membership fees are non-refundable.
