Mega Sports - Sports Sampler Class

Finally! A class designed to benefit ALL kids. 10 weeks, 10 different sports. Give your child the opportunity to find hidden talents and learn new skills while exploring the world of sports in a fun and entertaining manner. Each week, a new sport will be introduced to the group and students will learn some of the basic concepts involved with it. This is a great way to get them exercising while expanding their minds, developing social skills and most importantly, having fun! All equipment used will be safe and age appropriate. The sports included in the session are: Football, Basketball, Hockey, Tennis, Baseball/Softball, Track and Field, Tennis, Golf, Volleyball and Gymnastics.
Ultra Sports - Sports Sampler Class

Looking for more sports experiences for your child? Try Round 2 of our Sports Sampler Class. This time, the kids have 8 weeks and 8 sports. Your child will be exposed to a variety of sports that are less mainstream and will have the opportunity to try sports to which they might otherwise not be exposed. These classes feature instructors who are experts in these unique sports. All equipment used will be safe and age appropriate. The following sports are covered in Round two: Bowling, Lacrosse, Kickball, Rock Climbing, Sport Stacking, Archery and Martial Arts.
FunFit (Real Parent Participation!)

Do you want to have FUN too? FunFit Games is the most fun you and your little ones will have indoors! The class is comprised of a series of games and activities that gets kids and their parents moving together. You and your child will learn new skills, try different games…and love the quality time with each other. This class redefines “Parent Participation”!
Fitness Frenzy

Are your kids in need of a good workout that is all play? This class incorporates all the fun challenges our gym offers... Cardio challenges on the Sportwall, relay races around the gym and obstacles that will keep them jumping! This fast paced class will make them laugh as much as they sweat! Appropriate for ages 4 to 12 years (Groups will be divided based on skill, age and gender.)
Girl Power Hour

You have the "Girl Power" to get moving! It isn't what others say about you, it's about what you say and how you feel about yourself. Being active by playing a sport or exercising is a way for girls stay healthy and feel good about themselves. Participating in sports helps to lay the foundation for a healthier adult life. This hour each week will provide girls the perfect opportunity to build confidence, learn leadership skills and increase their self-esteem while making friends and getting some exercise!

It’s Jump Rope Mania, with skills, drills and plenty of thrills! Whether you are a beginner, or an old-pro, SkipTastic is our new class that will teach your children the basics of jump roping, as well as tricks and routines. It is great exercise with single ropes, hula hoops, double dutch and so much more! Come see what it is all about!
